I am worried because I don’t have a visa
You should take steps as soon as possible to regularise your stay in the UK. If you are an EEA national you may stay in the UK automatically as long as you are exercising your Treaty Rights i.e. self-sufficiency in income or significant savings together with comprehensive private medical insurance for yourself and your entire family, studying together with comprehensive private medical insurance for yourself and your entire family, working on an employed basis, working on a self-employed basis or job-seeking for up to three months in every 12 month. You should apply for pre-settled status or settled status if this is the case. If you are non-EEA national then you can make an application to the Home Office for leave to remain in the UK.
